We are committed to the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, this policy outlines how you can return an item easily.

1. Right to Return (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to return your purchase for a full refund within 14 days without giving any reason.

The return period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods. This right applies to all in-stock and made-to-order items, provided they are not personalised.

Exceptions to the Right to Return: The right to return does not apply to the following:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., swimwear or underwear, if applicable).

2. How to Make a Return

To return an item, you must inform us of your decision within the 14-day period. You can do this in one of the following ways:

 

a) By Email: Send a clear statement of your decision to return to: orders@etheris.eu.

 Please include: 

  • Your Full Name
  • Order Number
  • The product(s) you wish to return

b) Online Returns Form: Complete and submit the Returns Form available in your customer account area on etheris.eu.

Upon receiving your request, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed.

3. Shipping Your Return

You must send back the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision.

The return shipping costs are your responsibility. The goods should be returned to the following address:

You have two options for shipping your return:

  1. Self-arranged Return: You can arrange the return using a courier of your choice at your own expense. We strongly recommend using a trackable service and keeping your proof of postage.

  2. Etheris Arranged Return (UPS): We can arrange a collection with our courier partner, UPS. If you choose this service, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. A flat fee of €15.00 for this service will be deducted from your total refund amount.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

To receive a full refund, all items must be returned in their original, resalable condition. We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value if it’s the result of unnecessary handling by you. The conditions are as follows:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Items must be clean and free from any signs of wear, including makeup stains or scents such as perfume or smoke.

  • The original identification tag with its single-use seal must remain attached to the product. Please try on garments without removing the tag and seal.

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. We will reimburse you within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to return.

  • Timing: We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is the earliest.

  • Refund Amount: We will refund all payments received from you for the returned items, including the costs of the original standard delivery. Any supplementary costs from choosing a premium delivery option will not be refunded.

  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

Our priority is to provide flawless products. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose, we are here to help.

What to do if you find an issue: Please contact us as soon as possible upon discovering the issue by emailing orders@etheris.eu. To help us resolve it quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A detailed description of the issue.

  • Clear photographic evidence.

We will assess the issue and, if a fault is confirmed, we will arrange for the item to be returned at our expense. Depending on the circumstances, you will be offered a repair, replacement, or a full refund.

 

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund by following the procedure above and place a new order on our website.

 

8. Communications

We will keep you informed by email at every stage of the returns process, from confirming your request to notifying you that your refund has been processed.
